  How do I enter a competition?

Simply visit our Editions page,

Select our Editions page

Answer the skill-based multiple choice question on the editions page

You will not have access to the Editions until you answer the skilled base question correctly

Once answered correctly you will be able to see and select one of our Edition, click the Edition you would like

click on a competition you would like to enter and add to cart, pay in checkout​

Your tickets are emailed instantly

Wait for the live draw — or watch it in real time on our social media

  How will I know if I’ve won?
We’ll contact the winner via Facebook or email within 7 days of the competition closing date.

Please keep your contact details up to date. If we can’t reach you within 14 days, we reserve the right to draw another winner and you will forfeit the prize.
 

  Who can enter?
Our competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.

Unfortunately, we do not accept entries from outside the UK due to regional legal restrictions. You also cannot enter if you are a close relative of our team or suppliers.
 

  What are the prizes?

All prizes are fully described on the competition page. We may substitute a prize for one of equal or higher value if the original prize becomes unavailable.

  Can I sell the prize if I don’t want it?

Yes — once you’ve won a prize, it’s yours. You’re free to keep it, gift it, or sell it. 

 How is my personal data used?
We use your data to:

Contact you if you win

Comply with legal requirements

We do not sell or share your data unless it’s necessary to run the competition (e.g. with delivery providers or the ASA).

   Will I have to appear in promotions if I win?
No, it’s not compulsory, but with your permission we’d love to share your winner’s moment online.

In some cases, we may need to provide your name to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) to prove we’ve run a fair competition.
 

  What happens if I get the question wrong?
To keep our competitions legal, only correct answers are entered.
 

Can I try again?
Yes, you can enter as many times as you’d like — subject to any ticket limits.

We encourage responsible play. While this isn't gambling, please only spend what you can afford.
 

  How is the winner chosen?

All correct entries go into a randomised draw. One winner is then selected at random from those who answered correctly.
 

  What are my chances of winning?

Each competition shows its maximum number of entries — your odds depend on how many entries are sold
 

  Why is the question difficult?
Winnable Competitions operates as a skill-based competition — not a lottery or free draw.

By law, the question must be tough enough that a significant number of people either get it wrong or choose not to enter, making it fair and legal.

  I haven’t received a confirmation email — what should I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, please email us at support@winnablecompetitions.co.uk and we’ll look into it for you.

We do not offer refunds for:
