📝 Winnable Competitions - Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket for a Winnable Competitions prize draw, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
 

1️⃣ Entry Agreement
By entering any competition run by Winnable Competitions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

2️⃣ Promoter

Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over only. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

You will not have access to the Editions until you answer the skilled base question correctly

Once answered correctly you will be able to see and select one of our Editions, click the Edition you would like

5️⃣ Prizes
Prizes are as stated in the competition's promotional materials. All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be provided.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value.

 

6️⃣ Winner Selection & Notification
Winners are selected at random using Wheel of Names or a suitable alternative, from all eligible entries. The winner will be contacted via direct message on social media within 10 days of the competition closing. If the winner does not respond within 10 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

 

7️⃣ Publicity
By entering, participants agree that the Promoter may use their name and image in promotional materials, unless they explicitly opt out. Winners may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity activities.

🔟 Refund Policy
If a competition is cancelled due to insufficient ticket sales, all entrants will receive a full refund of the ticket price paid. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days of cancellation.
